A Little Schnauzer Fun

Yesterday we met Tiberius and Bones, adorable Schnauzers named after Star Trek characters. We talked about the Other Ear, because yum! And giveaway! But today, this Wordless Wednesday (thanks, BlogPaws!), we’ll take a peek into some of their hijinks. I always bring other treats when I meet new dogs, and this time was no different.

Rocky's Rollers make Schnauzers smile — Bones and Tiberius discovered the Rocky’s Rollers. They fell in love immediately. Always give the most pungent, easiest to chew treats last. Otherwise you lose the dogs.

Trying to break into the package — We gotta get us some Rollers! They really loved the Rocky’s. REALLY. Jones Natural Chews knows how to make dogs smile. And destroy packaging to get to treats.

They were trying so hard to get at the Rocky’s Rollers, poor dears. We managed to distract them for a bit with the Other Ear. But wee Bones snuck off while I was talking …

Can't get the treats open! — This isn’t working. Too much grown up talking and not enough treats.

Taking the treats away — So off he goes, to hide and solve his treat puzzle. Eventually Bones managed to get a Roller out of the bag and we had to take it away.

Y’all, I want a puppy. A Schnauzer puppy. Do you think Chewy and Gadget would be jealous? Or Flash and Patches. Or my Hunny? Yeah, it’s probably not a great idea. Yet.

Sad little Schnauzer — Bones wanted to come home with me. He’s so sad that he couldn’t. The best treats all live at my house and he knows it. Poor little Schnauzer.
