Is it December already? Seriously, I’m not ready for December. Neither is Chewy.
I take that back. Chewy is more than ready for December. In fact, some other dogs have been telling him about living here at Christmas time and the treats that dogs get.
I’ve been telling Chewy that he won’t get any more treats than usual, but he doesn’t believe me. He wants an entire Jones Canine Christmas Cruncher stocking all to himself. He believes that since his mama works for Jones, this will happen.
The big dogs know better. I don’t know why they fill his head with this nonsense.
Be that as it may, I’m not ready for December. All three of my kids currently have the flu. I guess I’m glad it’s happening now and not the week of Christmas. And I’m glad that I don’t have it. Still. Three adult children laying around the house, sick. Yeah. It’s everything I dreamed it would be. I feel exactly like this gnome.
So can we just back up to November? Please?
