Happy Funny Bone Monday! Today’s topic? Dogs and water! It’s the first week of June and it’s time to swim! And get baths! Woohoo! Let’s start with the bath, since so many dogs LOOOOVE getting a bath.
Not. Loves the bath as much as my dogs do, except mine get their baths on the back porch with the hose.
Does your dog love water in general? Mine love to swim in ponds and streams. Not all dogs do. This dog “rescue” is, I think, amusing, and sweet.
OMD – y’all have to see this. The dog’s face! And WHERE IS IT TAKING ALL THE WATER?!?

So, with summer coming, how many of y’all have pools? Does your dog swim in the pool? Is it allowed to? Does it sneak in when you’re not looking?
Nothing says summer like drinking from the hose. Or spraying everyone with the hose.
Awww. Nothing says summer like dogs playing in the water. I hope y’all are enjoying this as much as I am. As much as this German Shepherd is.
Speaking of summer and water, Ryan Gosling has spent more time swimming in my backyard. He’s a handsome little devil. I love snuggling with him.
And speaking of snuggling, O’Rabbit loves snuggling with Patches.
She’s coming to terms with it, but only because she knows O’Bunner’s secret nickname.
