Okay, first? Don’t look up funny dog love on YouTube if you have delicate sensibilities. I was going to do a cute Valentine’s montage today, featuring dogs. Nope. Not gonna happen.

Second? The winner of last week’s treat contest! The random number generator chose – you won’t believe this – number 14! For Valentine’s Day! How cool is that? This means that Idaho Pug Ranch is the winner! Y’all have GOT to click on the link for their site. The Pugs are doing Olympic ice skating today. I about DIED laughing. The polar vortex for the WIN!

On to videos! What you’re about to see has two of the most handsome dogs I’ve seen in a long time.
Is that not the cutest thing ever, the squirrel hiding nuts in the dog’s fur?
Next, my friends, is the best use of a polar vortex I’ve ever seen.
Don’t they just look like the happiest dogs in the world? And I’m not above showing cats here. Some cats are known to LOVE Jones Natural Chews (mostly the Beef Liver Taffy). Throw in a little polar vortex …
Y’all, I’m not going to post it here, since it’s a little long, but when you have a few minutes, check out Cat Cafe. Very sweet. My bestie, Heather, is a cat person and found this. 🙂
Evidently Alabamans are having worlds of fun with this polar vortex thingy. This last video is long – homemade on a phone – but it makes my heart smile. Is there anything better than enjoying your environment the way you were designed to?
Are those huskies not gorgeous? If I lived nearby, I’d give them each a Bully Bone. And a bag of Beef Liver Taffy. They look like happy dogs.
What will you be giving to/doing for your dog for Valentine’s Day? I’ll be lucky just to get a Valentine for my Hunny. Who am I kidding? Flash and Patches will be enjoying Jones all natural Sausage Sticks for Valentine’s Day. And the polar vortex will be nowhere near, with temps of 60 degrees expected this weekend. Woohoo!
In case you’re looking and looking and can’t find Jones Natural Chews locally, there’s always Natural Dog Treat Shop online!
Until I write again …
