At the risk of sounding like a broken record – and I can say that because vinyl is making a comeback – the giveaway is still open. I love a good giveaway, and this is a good giveaway, but even more do I love seeing dogs enjoying Jones Natural Chews. Karen, mother of Louie the French Dog, sent me photos of Louie and his sister, Jill, eating our Rocky’s Rollers. Rocky’s are a soft sausage, with all of ten or eleven ingredients, but still mostly meat. Dogs go bananas for these things, people. BANANAS. Even though there are no bananas in our treats. Why, look at Jill’s eyes as she closes in on a bit of a Rocky’s Roller.
Oh em dee – I love Jill’s bow! *ahem* Look at her eyes. She can barely contain herself. Rocky’s Rollers are fast becoming favorites of dogs everywhere, and for good reason. Meaty, soft, fragrant – dogs can really sink their teeth into them. They’re nearly an opposite of the jerkies, in fact. The jerkies, including the Rabbit Entree’ Jerky, are hard, thin, crunchy. For some reason, dogs really dig that whole hard and crunchy thing. But for dogs with few teeth, older dogs perhaps, and just for yummy fun, the Rocky’s will be a great alternative treat. Let’s see what Louie has to say.
He’s certainly attentive. His mama has his full attention, holding that treat there above his head. Will she give it to him? Will she? Has he been a good dog? Will he ever get his treat?!
And the world may never know. I sure hope that Louie got his treat. He’s a very good dog. He visits nursing homes in his spare time, making people happy, giving snuggles and love. I’d say that’s a very good dog, indeed. We should start a campaign. The Give Louie More Jones Natural Chews campaign. I think he’d like that.
