Saying Goodbye to a Friend

Saying goodbye is always tough. Saying goodbye to a good friend, knowing it’s permanent, is brutal. Last week we said goodbye to one of the most beautiful dog friends one can imagine – Sugar the Golden Retriever. Our hearts broke when her mother announced that she’d crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I’d like to devote today’s space to a photo montage of our good friend, Sugar. We’ll be saying goodbye to our friend in our own way. Sugar was a good friend to Jones Natural Chews. She sampled and wrote about our treats, which we appreciated.

But Sugar and her parents are just downright good friends. They’re warm, friendly people who loved their dog, and it showed. Our heart goes out to them in their time of loss.

And I just honestly enjoyed the time I spent with this smiling pup. Saying goodbye to friends is hard. Goodbye, Sugar. You were well loved, which makes the parting that much more bitter sweet. <3
