Teaching a Puppy
Happy Funny Bone Monday! Today we watch a grown dog teaching a puppy – plenty of things! One of the best ways to teach a puppy anything is to have an older dog on hand to help. And since it’s just the cutest thing ever to watch, we have videos of grown dogs teaching puppies new tricks! All these dogs deserve Jones Natural Chews for their efforts.
I’m not 100% sure I’d want my dogs knowing how to open the refrigerator. It’s bad enough that Chewy and Gadget climb on the dining room table when I leave the house, looking for loose food. My fat little pigs would eat me out of house and home if they knew how to open the fridge. Teaching a puppy to open the fridge must be a cool trick for a very specific reason, of which I am unaware. Anyone care to enlighten me?
I love this next video. It demonstrates patience in teaching a puppy. It illustrates a mother’s care. And then …
Did you laugh? That was hilarious! And it’s why I love both cats and dogs. Next, a dog teaching a puppy to get in the pool.
Finally, we take it an extra step when a dog teaches a human puppy.
Precious! So tell me, do you have a puppy? Do you also have an older dog? Does the older dog teach the puppy? We got our little Chewy when Flash and Patches were turning 12, in large part so the older dogs could teach him how to live in our home. Also, to bring added life to the senior dogs. Both worked. Chewy learned very quickly, and Flash and Patches are still around, happy and healthy for 14 years old.

Winner!
We have a winner in our Jones Natural Chews Windee giveaway! The winning entry was a tweet, proving, yet again, that tweeting really does increase your chances of winning our giveaways! And our winner is …
Kate Volz! Congratulations, Kate! Your lucky dogs will be on the receiving end of some yummy Windee treats!
Come back tomorrow for a brand new giveaway of some brand new treats! The treats we’ll be highlighting and giving away are new for Jones Natural Chews, and this will be the first time most of you will see them. It was the first time for my new pal, CiCi, to see them, and he went nuts! Naturally. What dog wouldn’t go crazy for 100% all natural, 100% USA grown treats that are all or nearly all meat? Duh.
So go give your dog a Jones Natural Chew. Watch it smile. Naturally.
Spreading the good chews …
